End of tenancy cleaning around Canary Wharf can be quoted two ways: by the hour, or as a fixed price for the whole job. We only ever quote fixed. An hourly rate leaves you exposed, because if the clean runs long the bill grows, and a check-out clean on a flat that has had a year of Thames hard-water limescale in the bathroom almost always runs longer than anyone guesses.

The ladder covers a standard end of tenancy clean of an empty flat. A handful of jobs sit outside that because not every property needs them, so it would not be fair to price them into every quote. An oven deep clean starts from £65, a fridge or freezer clean from £30, other white goods such as a washing machine or dishwasher from £25, and where there have been pets in the flat a treatment for fur and dander from £25.
Carpet shampoo is available as an add-on from £30 per room, shown on its own line in the calculator above and never folded into the fixed base price. If your tenancy agreement asks for professionally cleaned carpets, add the rooms in the calculator or mention it when you get your quote. Everything you actually need is priced up front, so the number you see is the number you pay.
