The noon rule
Why 12 noon is the number that matters.
Same-day work lives or dies on how much of the day is left when you ring. Get us before midday and a crew can usually reach you, finish the flat, and be clear of the building well before an afternoon check-out. Leave it past noon and the hours simply run out, so a same-day request tips into a first-thing-tomorrow one instead.
When we do have the capacity, the price is the ordinary fixed one, nothing added for the speed. The only time an extra can apply is if we have to lift a crew off booked work already promised to someone else to reach you. In that case you hear the full figure before you say yes. We never quote it back to you after the job is done.
Fixed prices run studio £165, one-bed £195, two-bed £245, three-bed £319, four-bed £425, and five bedrooms or more from £495, with the number confirmed in writing before we start.

Saturdays and Sundays
The weekend window is tighter, so ring early.
Weekend cleans happen by arrangement, but a weekend day is not a weekday. The working window is 11am to 3pm, four hours rather than a full shift, and those hours book up quickly across the estate. A Saturday or Sunday same-day therefore hangs on catching us early, ideally the moment your check-out time is confirmed rather than the morning it lands.
Weekday hours are the full 9 to 5, and the patch runs from the wharf across to Wapping and Limehouse in the west and out to Poplar and the Royal Docks in the east. If today genuinely will not fit, we hold the nearest slot for you and still work to land it before the clerk arrives.

Will it cost more because it is same-day?
In most cases no. When a crew has room, the price is the ordinary fixed one. The single exception is where we have to pull a team off work already booked to reach you, and even then you get the full figure to approve before the job starts, not a surprise on the invoice.
What is the latest I can ring for today?
Aim for before 12 noon. That leaves enough of the day to clean the flat and clear the building before an afternoon hand-over. Ring after noon and it usually becomes a next-morning slot, which we still line up ahead of your check-out.
Can you come out same-day on a Saturday or Sunday?
By arrangement, yes, but the weekend window is only 11am to 3pm and it fills fast. A weekend same-day depends on catching us early, so call the moment your check-out time is set rather than on the day.
Is there same-day end of tenancy cleaning near me in Canary Wharf?

Roughly how long will the clean take?
