Keys and concierge

Access sorted through the building, not your diary.

Most towers around Canary Wharf run a concierge and a service lift, and both change how a clean gets done. We are used to signing in at the desk, collecting a fob or a key from the porter, booking the service lift for kit and waste, and working to the building's access hours. You do not need to be there.

For an empty flat between tenants we collect keys from the concierge, the previous tenant, or your office, whichever is simplest, and hand them back the same way. The finished-flat photos land in your inbox before we leave the building, so you can send the next viewing out that afternoon.
